Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date.
Unopened & Intact
Products must be in original, sealed condition with all packaging intact to qualify.
Refund After Inspection
Approved returns receive a refund to the original payment method or a replacement shipment, issued after the return is received and inspected.

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue before returning any item. Do not ship a return without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, photos of the package and product help us resolve the issue faster. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
3Inspection & Approval
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Refunds or replacements are issued only after the return has been received and approved. AVRL reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., opened, used, tampered, or improperly stored).
4Refund Timeline & Shipping Charges
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Replacement shipments are dispatched within 1–2 business days of approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless AVRL determines the return is due to our error.
Research Use Only
All AVRL Aminos products are sold strictly for research purposes. Returns are subject to verification that products have been stored and handled in accordance with our guidelines. Improper storage or handling may affect return eligibility.
